Welcome to Aspiro!
Aspiro is a strength-based, solution-oriented,
outdoor therapy program that
works. We are an alternative to "tough
love" wilderness programs. As
an adventure therapy program, we provide
healing, direction, and personal empowerment
through the use of an innovative clinical
approach intertwined with daily adventure
activities.
Interwoven with an array of
traditional clinical services, Aspiro uses a
"solution-focused therapy" model combined
with "adventure therapy" to help
students build
self-efficacy and discover new coping
strategies for dealing with old issues.
When appropriate, the family is integrated
into the process at an early stage of the
treatment process, in order to ensure a
successful integration back home.
Aspiro serves
young men and women ages 13 to 17 and young
adults' ages 18 to 30 years old.
